Our Services & Fees

The Lipedema Warrior Clinic operates on an all cash or out of pocket basis. The clinic is not affiliated with any HMO panels. The clinic is an out of network provider for all insurance plans, and has opted out of Medicare. Upon request, The clinic can provide an itemized receipt, which patients can use to seek reimbursement from their insurance providers, excluding Medicare.

  • Appointment establishes care and includes health history, lipedema diagnosis, Letter of Medical Necessity, goals, and management options.

  • Membership includes:

    Initial Appointment: A 30 minute session to establish care, discuss health goals, or receive a diagnosis based on lipedema standards of care.
    Cost: $150.

    Annual Membership: Begins the month following your initial appointment and includes:

    Monthly Auto Payments: $75, billed automatically.

    Mid-Year Follow Up: A 20 minute appointment with Dr. Rodriguez at the 6 month mark for ongoing care and guidance (terms and conditions apply).

    Unlimited Portal Access: Ask questions anytime through our portal. Whether you're:

    -Experiencing unusual symptoms

    -Needing assistance with a flare up

    -Requiring a medication refill

    -Seeking clarification on research

    -Exploring the use of a continuous glucose monitor

    -Wanting our opinion on a treatment you've discovered—our team is at your fingertips.

    Upfront Payment Option: Simplify your plan and receive on free month by paying the full annual fee of $975 upfront.

  • Appointment includes health history, MCAD diagnosis, goals, and management options.

  • Food can be a huge contributor to inflammation in the body. MRT The Mediator Release Test is a blood test that measures your body's reaction to foods and chemicals by analyzing your white blood cells.

  • MRT Food Sensitivity Test with a consultation, results review, and four weekly 1 hour individual coaching sessions with Angela.

  • Functional Genomic test kit and 1 hour consultation for customized diet, medication, and lifestyle recommendations.

  • 1 hour consult using your own raw data.

  • 15 minute appointment $100

    30 minute appointment $200

    45 minute appointment $300

    60 minute appointment $395

  • One on one coaching and support sessions with Angela focused on lipedema and related conditions.

  • Continuous glucose monitor coaching with Angela for 3 months, including weekly 1 hour sessions for personalized review, education, and glucose management.

    (Does Not Include the Continuous Glucose Monitor)

Important Information

Dr. Rodriguez does not participate in Medicare / Medicaid at this clinic. Hence, Federal Law prohibits Lipedema Warrior Clinic from providing medical care if you are on Medicare or Medicaid.  However, our Coach, Angela does offer other services listed below to assist in lipedema support and management while Dr. Rodriguez can communicate with your primary care provider to encourage them to assist with diagnosis.

Lipedema Warrior Clinic only practices in the United States, in all states except: Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and West Virginia. These states will be added in the near future.
